Our generation has witnessed a pandemic and we came up with the term “new normal”. We survived the first wave of pandemics by becoming master chefs, went through episodes of some extreme level of cleanliness sprees, reading books, picking up a lot of online courses, learning new languages, and even divorces!
As we started off the marathon on a Sunday morning deprived of the minimum hours of sleep, I was right at the end with 2 of my sisters. Within few minutes, my pace started getting slower and my mind was caught up in these thoughts of not performing well and being left behind and so my motivation level was going down further.
“Money runs the world” This is a conclusion many reach at some point in their lives and for many, this often ends up being a permanent conclusion.
Everyone has a different reason for reading books. Not only the reason to read is different from one person to another but also the genre one prefers varies.
When I decided to write on this topic, I knew it is going to be one of my favorites. Workout of any form is fun-filled and uplifting. Walking, running, cycling, boxing, swimming, gymnastics, dancing or yoga.
I do not need to go back to school again to join the marching parade: The sound of the drums, the rhythm, dressed in white with each on representing their house color.
